I need an invoice for my reservation
If you need an invoice or payment confirmation for your booking, this depends on what part of the booking you need the invoice for.
Below we explain where to find the right document and what to do if you can’t locate it.
Airline ticket invoice
Flight ticket invoices or receipts are most often issued by the airline, not Dohop.
To get an airline invoice:
Visit the airline’s official website
Go to “Manage My Booking” or “My trips”
Download the receipt or invoice from your booking
If you can’t find it online, you’ll need to contact the airline directly using their customer support channels.
Dohop invoice
If your booking includes Dohop services (such as booking fees or protection services), you can download the invoice directly from Manage My Booking.
To get your Dohop invoice:
Go to Manage My Booking
Log in using your booking details
Send the invoice to your email

Airlines and Dohop most often issue separate invoices
Invoices are issued based on the details provided during booking
If you need the invoice for accounting or reimbursement purposes, we recommend requesting it as soon as possible.
