If you’re planning to travel with a large group, you may be wondering how group bookings work.

On Dohop-powered platforms (and with most airlines), a single booking can include up to 9 passengers. If your group is larger than this, there are two ways to proceed, depending on how you’d like to book and whether you want protection coverage.

Option 1: Book Directly With the Airline

You can contact the airlines involved in your journey and make group bookings directly with them.

Please note:

• These bookings are handled entirely by the airline

• Dohop is not involved in the booking process

• Protection services cannot be applied to bookings made separately directly with airlines

This option may be suitable if you prefer to work directly with the airline and do not require protection services.

Option 2: Split the Group Into Smaller Bookings

Alternatively, you can divide your group into smaller bookings of up to 9 passengers each and complete multiple bookings through a Dohop-powered platform.

With this option:

• Each booking is made through our platform

• Protection services can be added to each booking

• All travellers can still follow the same itinerary, even though the group is split across multiple reservations

The best option depends on your needs:

• If you want Protection, we recommend splitting the group into smaller bookings and booking through our platform

• If protection is not required, booking directly with the airline may be an alternative
